According to Gallup, only 13% of the world’s employees are engaged. Disengagement in the workplace is a crisis. On the bright side, when teams are profoundly engaged, business units generate a 10% increase in customer metrics and a 20% increase in sales growth.
A big part of employee engagement is feedback. According to PWC, 77% of HR execs believe performance reviews aren’t an accurate representation of employee performance. So we set out fix engagement with Talent Boost – our module for employee OKRs and feedback.
We had to make the big job of setting employee objectives feel easy and lightweight. Adding to that, our user experience needed to help improve manager relationships and to drive clarity within the organization.
For managers, we had to ensure they increase productivity by providing powerful feedback. Completing the manager needs, we need to help decision making and measuring work satisfaction.
We designed a web-based SAAS that connects employees and managers. We call it Talent Boost. The app provides transparency within the organization in terms of who has OKRs, how much they achieved, what is their relationship with their peers and how technically proficient.
The module helped QUALITANCE employees have a series of goals/quarter that are aligned with their colleagues and with the company.
