What you’ll do

  • Receipt and support of requests received by email or telephone users for managed applications (Leader / Backup) in French and English
  • Opening, tracking and closing a ticket for each request received
  • Collaboration with the extended Bangalore service centre team and with L2/L3 support (Paris)
  • Participate in production monitoring committees and/or project committees
  • Define test scenarios and perform functional certification in the case of version upgrades, technical migration, installation of patch patches
  • Upgrades the new user requirements to the MOA (business analyst / next level of support)
  • Maintains the documentation (operating modes, FAQ) and the updated application contacts list
  • Execution of SQL queries on the basis of production and testing to find the information necessary for the analysis of cases
  • In-depth knowledge of Travel & Expense and Procure to Pay processes

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Good experience – user support (functional) on ERP applications (preferably PeopleSoft) – focus on Procure to Pay (PO, AP) modules and Expense Reports
  • Ability to filter and trace anomalies to support teams L2 / L3 and ensure the implementation of the solution with impacted users
  • Structured thinking, analytical skills
  • SQL knowledge – basic level
  • French and English advanced level
  • Proactive and reactive attitude
  • Team spirit and desire to learn continuously
