What you’ll do

  • Assist with day to day operations of the administrative department:
  • In charge of the entire administrative flow after a recruitment process has been successfully closed
  • Support with employee personnel files
  • Maintain the databases up to date
  • Holiday leaves record and approval
  • Reference check for candidates
  • Make sure that the employee information is always kept complete and up to date: employment contracts and addendums, personal documents for employment, medical certificates and others
  • Responsible with SSM and PSI process

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Familiarity with labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Good command of English (both speaking and writing)
  • Very good computer skills (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to details and able to manage & prioritize multiple tasks in a very dynamic environment.
