What you’ll do

  • Develop relationships with potential and existing clients, introduce them to the business, ensure they are engaged and getting the most value from our services
  • Identify business opportunities by proactively work with clients to understand their business initiatives
  • Advise, keep in touch and build trust with client stakeholders by demonstrating reliability in all communication and deliverables
  • Represent client internally and own the delivery in front of the client – review, validate and approve any project outputs from client perspective and give feedback to team before sending out to client
  • Prepare, review and assist project milestones presentations for client
  • Identify upsell opportunities and/or referrals and follow up on them
  • Proactively liaise with other managers, teams, departments as needed to ensure success on the projects

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven client management and strategy experience. Follow-up and drive the process in order to build and grow trust with business partners
  • Result driven approach
  • Able to challenge the status quo and seek for more than the obvious choice while exploring collaboration opportunities with possible clients
  • A solid background in successfully managing large accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Professional, organised and resilient
  • Excellent public speaking skills and presentation experience
  • A natural talent for negotiation
  • Passionate about emerging technologies and innovation
  • Ideally some understanding of design thinking, UX and product development
